If you ever get a chance to go... you can rent shoes and walking stick (recommend when water level is high) at the Zion outfitter at the welcome center🙏🏻👍🏻 This hike goes in for over ten miles so you can make it short or long depending on how you feel #bprsnt #prsnt #zion #hiking #river #riverhike #adventure

Over the last year the U.S. government has decided to open up some protected lands to mining development. That is the bad news. We were so blessed to have her came all the way out to #lofoten 🇳🇴 for the @bprsnt women’s adventure retreat in April. She had only snowboarded a handful of times, but nothing stopped the lady with the velvet voice in her approach to the top of the mountain.
